Patriot Motors has grown over the years and we found we needed to move our lot in 2018 to American Fork to accommodate our growing inventory options as well as to allow for additional personnel to serve you quickly and efficiently. At least daily we sanitize work spaces and any high touch areas at our dealership.
We have a clear policy that anyone on our team who is feeling ill is to stay home and consult with their healthcare professional. We also have staggered schedules to keep numbers to a minimum at our dealership.
If requested gloves can be used to bring each car up for a test drive, and vehicle high touch areas can be sanitized. We also have hand sanitizer available at each desk. Visitors take a solo test drive, and all other interactions on the lot remain friendly while respecting social distancing guidelines.
We continue to have a diversified marketing presence that allows you to contact us from a distance before they purchase. We can do most aspects of a trade evaluation, discuss vehicle information on the car you are considering, finance options, and any other questions online or by phone so as to minimize the time spent at the dealership. Virtual shopping / walk-arounds or most other parts of the process can be done through video-conference upon request. Most of our customers want to finance their vehicle purchase. We have partnered with most of the local credit unions so that we can submit the application for you through the CUDL online secure system. In this way you won't need to go back and forth from the credit union to our dealership, thereby saving time and reducing the need for multiple in-person interactions. Once a vehicle is chosen, our finance manager will prepare all documents so that the time spent signing is minimal.
